* Ruairi Quinn spoke about the cap on SNAs on the 25th of March, 2011, in the Dáil. You can hear him speak on this RTÉ clip. His speech starts at 13.45 on the Oireachtas report. He says the cap will stay but would welcome suggestions on how to best work within these restrictions. Source: Special Needs Parents Association.
